Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery or pickup to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture is in its original packaging and unassembled state to qualify for a full refund minus applicable restocking fees.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Arrange for a return transport through our delivery partners or bring the item back to your nearest Price Busters showroom location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for damages, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
